EXTRA Tryouts for Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 Season Teams
Overview
AYSO EXTRA is Competitive Travel Soccer within AYSO. EXTRA is a tryout based program – no player is guaranteed to make the squad. Even current players have to try out again each year.
To tryout, players will need to attend a scheduled tryout session. Players will be asked to show their soccer skills through drills and scrimmages. Players are welcome to attend both sessions for their age group.

10U Boys (3rd & 4th Grade in the Fall)
- Tuesday, May 12th, 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Madison Park
- Wednesday, May 20th, 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Madison Park
12U Boys (5th & 6th Grade in the Fall)
- Tuesday, May 12th, 6:30 - 7:30 pm, Madison Park
- Wednesday, May 20th, 6:30 - 7:30 pm, Madison Park
10U Girls (3rd & 4th Grade in the Fall)
- Wednesday, May 13th, 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Madison Park
- Tuesday, May 19th, 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Madison Park
12U Girls (5th & 6th Grade in the Fall)
- Wednesday, May 13th, 6:30 - 7:30 pm, Madison Park
- Tuesday, May 19th, 6:30 - 7:30 pm, Madison Park
All tryouts are being held at Madison Park.
Players need to bring cleats, shin guards, a ball and a bottle of water.
Eligibility
- AYSO EXTRA plays in two year divisions - 10U and 12U. There is a boys team and a girls team for each age division.
How to signup for tryouts
You must login to your Sports Connect account above to access the registration system. Registration is free. If you are not a current AYSO player, you will need to sign up for an account.
Go to the home page for your account (under My Account) and find the relevant player. Locate programs available for your player; if your player is eligible for EXTRA, it will appear near their name. Register for EXTRA to sign up for tryouts. You should get a confirmation e-mail. If you don’t, something went awry. Only players who make the team will be asked to pay the EXTRA registration fee.
